A built-up area of approximately 3000 sq.ft inclusive of car porch area. Originally built in 60's as a private home within commercial area close to the epicenter of Georgetown.

Tastefully furnished with fully air-condition.Each room has its own name after Penang famous landmark and characters. 3 rooms attached lawn balcony with wooden sets of garden chairs.

What we provide in this room - two king size beds dressed with imported fabric linens e.g bed-sheets, quilt comforter, double pillows and Thai silk bed dressing, TV cable channel, mini bar fridge, toiletries e.g shampoo and body wash, towels, table clock, intercom phone and electric kettle plus a set of 4 mugs.

Advisable to use the garden balcony during evening due to heat from the afternoon sun.

Any extra guests(Adult) more than the actual occupants is chargeable. A minimum of RM 30 per night per person is chargeable.We only allow an extra of one or two child below 10 years old free of charge.
Our entrance door will be shut by 11 pm but no worries. For those late night goers,there's always someone on standby to open the door for you.
No smoking are allowed in all rooms except at the car porch areas or outside the premises or rooms with balcony.
